| Payment timing | The fee for the first period (one month or one year) is charged when you sign up. After that, the plan renews automatically every period (each month or each year, on the same date as the sign-up) until you cancel, and the fee for the next period is charged at that time. |

| Term, auto-renewal and cancellation | The term is one month (monthly plan) or one year (yearly plan) and renews automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged from the next renewal date. You can keep using the service until the end of the period you have paid for. |
| Returns and refunds (normal cases) | Because this is a digital service, we do not accept returns or give refunds after payment. No prorated refunds are given for cancellations in the middle of a period. |
